Sales Director

ROLE PURPOSE

Director of Sales & Reservations is responsible for building, managing & delivering higher revenue growth for Jupiter Capital Digital Products.

REPORTS TO
CEO

EXPERIENCE
10-15 years in sales, with 5 plus years purely in handling sales/ reservations in a large hotel handling the role independently

QUALIFICATION
MBA from a premier institute in marketing ( tier 1 / Tier 2 ) (Preferred)

Corporate Office, Bangalore

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
KRAS
1 Responsible for conceptualizing and planning the sales & reservations strategy for Niraamaya Retreats
2 Responsible for maximising the occupancy and the average daily rate for the organisation
3 Maintaining and enhancing relationship with Partners, Agency & Clients
4 Pitching & Acquiring new business across the markets in India & Abroad for Niraamaya.
5 Develop and execute strategy to generate business from alternate revenue streams
6 Strong understanding of Digital Marketing. Should understand how online advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, etc., work and how to generate and measure revenue from these platforms.
7 Accountable for meeting targets of profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives
8 Managing and delivering key campaign expectations for the CEO
9 Managing, mentoring, leading & training sales team.
10 Preparing presentations, solutions and key offerings for new and existing clients to enhance the business
11 Should have handled sales target of 5 to 6 Cr or more for more than 2 years on any digital platform
12 Should have handled a minimum team size of 5 members
13 Should have a passion to work in a start-up & increase the revenue five fold over the next two years
DESIRED SKILLS
1 Should be able to interact and present to CXO level in the organization.
2 Must have very strong interpersonal skill. Ability to communicate with HNI clients
3 Assertive, Matured, Focused, Honest, Sincere & Hard-working. Self starter, team-player, team leader with ability to set own targets & multi-task.
4 Out of the box thinking. Square peg in a round hole.
Salary:INR 20,00,000 – 25,00,000 P.A. salary can be discussed depending on the fitment of the profile
